You know how Donald and his MAGA cult followers seem to want to turn every aspect of our lives into a W-W-E match?

Well, earlier this week, he unknowingly set off a cage match between two different factions of his administration.

It's the tech bro oligarchs versus the MAGA nativists.

On Sunday, Donald appointed a man named Shiram Krishna as AI advisor to work with David Sacks, another South African, pro-apartheid, pro-Russian oligarch.

And this has set off a totally unexpected and quite honestly weird chain of events.

I don't want to get bogged down too much in the details.

But basically,

Krishna, in addition to other things, is a strong proponent of lifting the United States caps on what are called H-1B visas. These allow for highly skilled workers in specialty occupations, like the tech world, for example, to live and work in the

United States under a non-immigrant status. So Christian is an advocate of awarding these visas

to migrants from countries like India in the interest of progressing the tech future of the country, and obviously, you know,

it should go without saying helping out his dude bros like Sacks and Musk.

The view, this viewpoint is shared by some of Donald's closest allies, including the aforementioned

Musk and Sacks, some of whom have themselves benefited from HB, H1B visas directly.
