Did you make a mistake?

Gosh, we feel mistakes. Did you make a mistake?

Gosh, we feel mistakes so much, don't we? We were like, ah, I made a mistake.

We think it means something, we think it means we're a failure, or we're dumb,

or we always mess up, or we're a failure or we're dumb or we always mess up or we're slow or we can't figure it out.

Am I right?

Mistakes don't feel great, right?

That's why we always want to work to avoid them and that's what

operating with excellence means, right? We're constantly doing what we can to

minimize mistakes to maximize output to allow more ease, more love, more success, more fill in the blank of whatever it is that you want.

I know this sounds obvious, but it bears repeating today, my friends.

Mistakes are unavoidable. You will make them. No matter how many times you triple check

your work, no matter how many times you get feedback from somebody else, no matter how many times you walk yourself to death trying to avoid mistakes,

you will 100% with 100% of a guarantee. You will make them. And when you make your next mistake, maybe it's today,

maybe you made it on yesterday, maybe you're fearing a mistake in the future. You know what I say? Because people often reach out to me, they're like,

oh my God, I made a huge mistake. I always say, yeah, join the club. Join the club. It's a club that includes 100% of human beings.

So I have a policy instead when I make a mistake and I actually made two big mistakes this last week.

Oh not big mistakes, not like life altering, but is
