You know how analysts worry and wonder over how the next iPhone will do and whether people are through upgrading and so on?

Get this. In a year of political movements, political scandals, sex scandals, fires as big as cities, hurricanes stronger than any before, earthquakes, and the new Star Wars movie,

the second and third most search terms on Google in 2017 were iPhones.

Seine had the search monster listing its top trending searches for 2017 for its annual year in search, the most search term was Hurricane Irma, which seems proper.

The second and third most search terms were iPhone 8 and iPhone 10 respectively. That seems improper in a year of fires and hurricanes

and earthquakes and political scandals and sex scandals and so on. Still in 2018, when analysts are queuing up to wonder publicly whether people

are done with iPhones, please point them to this story, then ask them if they would mind sitting quietly for a while.

What's going to drive Apple shares in 2018?
