Publicly, there is no deal between Apple and China Mobile for the latter to sell the former's

According to the piece, he's expecting China Mobile to sell 20 million iPhones in their first year of availability on the carrier.

That's a bit ahead of Piper Jaffray analyst Jean Munster's expectation of 17 million
