Sales of the iPhone 6 line are still going huge,

though it looks like supply of the devices is starting to catch up with demand.

Behrens had BMO Capital Markets Analysts Keith Bachman issuing a note on Monday wherein he outlined hit and miss availability of both iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 plus.

That is better than the swing and amiss they'd seen since the phones were launched in mid-September.

Key findings in the Bachman note,

Supply last week was much better on the West Coast in the US than the east coast.

Supply of iPhone 6 plus has improved.

Supply of iPhone 6 16 gigabyte is much more common than supply of 64 gigabyte

and 128 gigabyte, which leads

Bachman and company to think that the higher capacity models are in greater

demand. Apple stores seem to have about half the iPhone six models available at any given time.

Apple's website is still showing a 7 to 10 day wait for the device.

AT&T and Verizon stores still have almost no iPhones in the six line in stock.

Bachman's got the six and six plus split at 75% to 25% despite the fact that sales reps have pegged demand at about 50-50
