Members of the press have been invited to Apple's campus to say hello again to something.

One thing we pretty much know is going to happen is a new

MacBook Pro with a magic toolbar. Magic toolbar is believed to be the official

name for the programmable o-led touch screen that will run along the top of the new

MacBook Pro's keyboard, replacing the power button, the escape key, and the function keys.

No one seems to care about the function keys, but everyone is freaking out about the power button and the escape key taking off.

One assumes Apple will explain how those functions will be carried out without the buttons to which people have become accustomed.

As for why we're talking about this as a sure thing rather than a possibility, it's because

Apple left a picture of the OLED strip in this week's update for the Mac.

According to Mac rumors, Maco-S Sierra 10.12.1, released this week, includes hidden Apple

pay images that depict the brand new Macbook Pro with an o-led touch panel that's said to be announced by Apple on Thursday, the 27th of October.

The piece says the panel appears to be contextual, changing based on what's on the screen. In the images,

Apple Pay dialogue is depicted, asking a customer to confirm a purchase with a finger on the panel.
