Apple's second quarter fiscal year 2017 earnings call is sent for today

for hints of future iPhones and things to make you go

rar there's one thing everyone is expecting to hear outright

that Apple is sitting on over a quarter of a trillion dollars

that's trillion with a trah. Nine to five Mac highlights a piece from the

Wall Street Journal that says the company is expected to report cash reserves in

excess of 250250 billion.

Quoting the journal, Apple is expected to report Tuesday that its stockpile of cash has

topped a quarter of a trillion dollars, an unrivaled corporate horde that is greater than the market value of

both Walmart and Procter and Gamble, and exceeds the combined foreign currency reserves held

by the UK and Canada combined.
