How big a deal is Walmart for the iPad?

A new report from Consumer Intelligence Research Partners indicates that it's a pretty big deal.

Business Insider has the firm saying that the world's largest retailer now accounts for more than a tenth of all iPad sales based on a recent C. I. R.P. Survey, though it's unclear from the piece whether that's all iPad sales in the States or seriously all iPad sales.

The survey would seem to add a bit of way to Apple CEO Tim Cook's recent comments on Walmart as a retail partner.
