1:14.5	wasn't just you. Apple Insider says the Cupertino company issued a public
1:20.2	apology once it became very clear that a lot of people could not access the iTunes
1:25.2	Music Store, the I Book Store, the App Store, and the Mac App Store.
1:30.6	The company told the NBC we apologized to our customers experiencing problems with iTunes and other services this morning.
1:37.5	The cause was an internal DNS error at Apple.
1:41.5	We're working to make all of the services available to customers as soon as possible and we thank everyone for their patience.
1:49.0	Apple's statement came a little over seven hours into what turned out to be an outage that lasted
