Summary

At 5:24 am on Sunday, May 22, 2016, a 9-9-9 operator responded to a call from someone reporting a person who wasn’t breathing. The caller told the 9-9-9 operator that her daughter’s partner had collapsed. When emergency medical personnel reached the home, they found Lyndsey Vaux unresponsive and not breathing. Lyndsey Vaux died not long after the 9-9-9 call. Investigators could have never been prepared for the information they would learn about the events leading up to Lyndsey’s death. 2:00.2	Reed at 23 Sydney Street in Platt Bridge, which is a settlement in the Metropolitan
2:06.2	Borough of Wigan in the Northwestern part of England. Jillian said to the 999 operator
2:13.2	that her daughter's partner had collapsed. When emergency medical personnel reached the
2:18.2	home, they found Lindsey Vowe unresponsive and not breathing. Her partner, Becky Reed,
2:24.2	blamed Lindsey's current state on a thyroid problem, which supposedly caused her to fall
2:29.2	down frequently. Reed also told them that Lindsey refused to take medication to help with the
2:34.7	medical problem. Robert Atherton, a neighbor, said he had been woken up around 4 a.m. by
