Folks, a lot going on in the Luigi Mangione case.

We've been hearing so much about it,

but this morning, Luigi has waived extradition

and he has taken a private jet.

It was the first time ever saw a perp, take a private jet on alleged, a charged,

an alleged perpetrator.

Take a private jet from Pennsylvania, which I guess was about guess is about a four-hour drive, fly it out to,

it must have been Republic Airport in Farmingdale, Long Island. Then he was picked up by an NYPD

helicopter, and he was flown to the Wall Street heliport.

And from there, he went into a transport ban and he would be delivered, I believe, to 26 federal plaza if he wasn't delivered to Pearl Street.

But it seems like the feds are getting it a bite at this, a bite at this apple. And our prediction on this show is that this case is going to become a federal case

and won't even be prosecuted by the state.

So there's a lot of politics involved in that.

But so many different things going on, right, so much movement.

And we're going to discuss this today

with our All-Star panel. I don't know if you've noticed. I'm back in New York, guys. I flew in from

Florida last night. I'm back in New York. I didn't take a private jet. I took the old jet blue
