And we talked about the indoctrination of this young man. What caused him to be indoctrinated with this

belief against health care companies and insurance companies? We know by what's been already reported,

there was no direct contact between him or his family what regard to United Healthcare.

What made him go against this CEO of this insurance company? So he was

radicalized. It's being carried as a terrorist act and activity. It probably does fall into that lane.

But either way, I like the fact that we have a federal, you know, the federal system is going to be investigating this

case. It's going to be trying this case. It's going to be a much more thorough investigation.

Obviously, NYPD is going to be in it from the beginning. They're going to work hand in hand

with the feds. Would we like to hold on to it ourselves? Of course we would. But I think that it's going to be

much better served if this case goes into that federal lane and goes into a federal court,

it's going to be something to see what develops with this investigation. You know, Mike,

Mike Gehry, I think that I'm calling you Mike Geary because Mike Bechione was on the other night and I had two mics on.

So I had to differentiate Professor Mike from former AD, former district attorney, assistant district attorney Michael Bekione.

Who can do a better job and who is more likely to get a higher charge

conviction in this case, the state or the federal government, do you think, Mike?

Bill, I tell you, when you look at what Mangoni did with the, with his little two-page

memorandum, whatever we want to call it, say, thought process, jumble, whatever it is,

you know, manifesto, he got himself into federal court.

If he had never wrote those words down, he never did that at all, this would be totally an NYPD case, totally New York State case,

totally Manhattan District Attorney case, totally Manhattan court case. He opened up his mouth.

He wrote down his thoughts, whatever you want to call them. He wrote it down. That gave the

federal government the jurisdiction to come in. Then also responded because he talked about health care.
