One thing that was really beautiful, AJ, when one of my brothers passed away of Moldeville sclerosis about 10 years ago,

but the night he passed away, I got to meet all of his past lives.

And they were seated at tables that were situated in a backward swastika,

that's the wheel of Samsara in Buddhist tradition and oh my God he had

about 160 past lives and you know most of them were poor villagers and stuff,

but I was consciously aware and got to meet them.

And that was such a mind blow to realize that,

wow, it took him 160 life experiences to get where he is now and kind to come to the

fulfillment.

And so I just want to tell people, one beautiful thing about dreaming is that sometimes you will dream other life experiences.

And if that doesn't break you out of this kind of one life way of thinking, nothing else well.

So that's another beautiful aspect of dreaming and also lucid dreaming.

Because in a lucid dream, you can consciously seek this out and explore it more deeply.
