What's going on?

Thanks for being here. I really do appreciate it.

I hope you're doing okay.

I imagine it's a mixed bag. Surely is for me. In some regards,

I'm doing well. I'm going to knock on some wood. I'm glad to say. I'm doing okay.

I had an okay week in many ways since the teacher training say. I'm doing okay. I had an okay week. In many ways, since the teacher training started,

I've been in a very deep saddena. I'm really deep in practice and steady right now in a very

positive, wonderful way. So in this regards, in an internal sense, I'm doing well. Of course, the external world is

as weird and concerning as ever. And I'm going to get to that, but before I do, I feel like I owe regular listeners an apology.

I don't know if this happened for you last week. It did for me, and I imagine it happened for a lot of you.

And a lot of you who had happened for were people who've been subscribed to this podcast for a long time.

You see, something happened where the

company that hosts this podcast feed did a software upgrade on their system and accidentally

some setting got turned off for a while and then turned back on. And the result of that was 200 archived episodes got loaded into my phone.

Did that happen to you?

I had to manually delete them all too.

There was no other way to get them out.

And I contacted them and they confirmed what happened, but it wasn't my fault, y'all. I apologize

if that happened. It was quite an annoyance. And I fancy myself to be quite tech savvy and to not
