Abigail Kiel. Hi Abigail. Hello. So Abigail, we just came off of a two-parter on placenta

encapsulation. That's where people turn their placentas into little pills and swallow them

down in the hope that they will prevent themselves from getting postpartum depression. That's

so those those stories were really fun to make. They they took a lot of work. So yeah, we had

trips to New Jersey. We had calls across the country. Yeah, but lots of research on placenta. Lots of

images on the internet. We can't see. So and so we have a lot of exciting episodes coming up to

you, right? That's right. We've been working on collecting sex questions for another episode of

the parent's guide to doing it with the amazing Esther Perel. That's right. So she she wrote

mating and captivity. She's like one of the most famous maybe the most famous sex therapist.

Yeah, she's hip. Yeah. And how how can people we're still collecting questions for that, right?

So so these episodes they take a lot of work. We love doing it, but it's also like a lot of work

equals stress. Yeah. It's unavoidable. And you know, I've been thinking about it. And when I was

like stressed out in middle school, I would just tune into my walkman and put on a really good cassette.

And the one that I turned to over and over again that really stands out for me is Richard Marx's

repeat offender. Wow. That's beautiful. Yeah. Yeah. And the and the lyrics just felt so true.
