strategies, currently writing a weekly newsletter for over 3,000 investors on those LP investments. Previously, he managed store capital's

$10 billion real estate portfolio and holds a quadruple. This is the first time I've ever heard

this, by the way, a quadruple major. I heard it doubles. I didn't know. The triples must be out there.

Quadruple. This is the first from the University of Arizona in finance, mathematics, economics, and accounting.

Hey, it is our pleasure.

And, you know, I'd love to hear a little bit about, you know, your beginnings into the real estate game and, you know,

your time spent managing store capital's portfolio. Yeah, I started on other types of investment

strategies. So I did some quant related stuff, distressed debt, private equity, like turnaround

work. And then when I moved to Phoenix, actually, I equity, like turnaround work.

And then when I moved to Phoenix, actually, I landed at store.

And that was a pretty fascinating experience.

We had 3,000, almost 3,000 properties in the US.

I led the team that managed that whole portfolio and also underwrote any new transactions.

Right.

And so we were pretty active typically bought like somewhere between a billion to two billion a year.

You're over the asset managers then, I'm guessing.
