And, you know, I'd love to hear a little bit about, you know, your beginnings into the real estate game and, you know,

your time spent managing store capital's portfolio. Yeah, I started on other types of investment

strategies. So I did some quant related stuff, distressed debt, private equity, like turnaround

work. And then when I moved to Phoenix, actually, I equity, like turnaround work.

And then when I moved to Phoenix, actually, I landed at store.

And that was a pretty fascinating experience.

We had 3,000, almost 3,000 properties in the US.

I led the team that managed that whole portfolio and also underwrote any new transactions.

And so we were pretty active typically bought like somewhere between a billion to two billion a year.
