When Damien came into the clinic, he expressed how he had tried various diets, including gluten-free, vegan, low-carb, and carnivore only to still wind up with constant, severe diarrhea. He was aware that other factors, such as excessive drinking and emotional trauma, contributed to his flare-ups.
Our focus was to find what worked best for him. In his case, it was a combination of probiotics, a low FODMAP diet, and our Gut Rebuild Nutrients formula.
Damien discusses how following this protocol, along with removing unhealthy foods, reducing stress, and cutting back on drinking alcohol, allowed him to hit the reset button and feel better.
Hear how he improved his gut and overall health and what advice he has for anyone that has been in a similar situation.
