Summary

There's something here that you're not accepting,
that you've never received fully.
And receiving It,
feeling It,
leaning into It,
is what will get you unstuck.
It's the Portal,
and your attention opens It and closes It, seemingly.
While you may 'think' you're in need of accepting a certain circumstance,
relationship,
or strong, 'negative' emotion,
it's actually Love that you're not accepting.
Breathe It in,
and smile It out.
Feel what's Here.

Practice: Think of the thing you can't accept, and feel Love at the same time. Open.

Loving = accepting = surrendering = letting go and letting God = Awareness
