Summary

Loving the Life Within Us (retreat talk) - If we don't love the life we consider "self," we will not realize or live from the loving awareness that is our essence. This talk guides us in bringing a kind, accepting presence to our inner life, and discovering the vastness of what we really are.

2:02.5

like we're trying to get somewhere else. I mean, how many of you notice that? The kind of the

2:07.3

fantasy, yeah, right. By the way, keep your hands up for a moment and look around. I'm going to ask you,

2:13.1

okay, so here's our wanting crowd. The second of the types is the averse of mind.

2:21.3

That's the mind that's basically saying, I don't like this.
