| 1:01.8 | Yeah, it's adaptability, respect, then being intentional, and then it's love and then boundaries, |
| 1:08.4 | limits, and then grace and forgiveness, and then gratitude. |
| 1:13.0 | And that gives you a balance with those. |
| 1:14.2 | Gratitude makes you more adaptable and flexible in your mind |
| 1:17.6 | to be able to adjust and see what is happening in my child's life, |
| 1:20.6 | being present, listening. Your children need that warmth that |
| 1:24.1 | you're truly understanding who they are and then they will trust the limits you |
| 1:28.0 | bring and the rules that you're enforcing because they feel heard they feel |
