0:15.8	weekly bullet points and then we will get into the episode. First for the weekly review. This past week,
0:22.0	I have finally followed through with my new year workout. I am so happy I have been working out
0:28.5	every morning, of course taking breaks on the weekends. I have been loving my new workout routines.
0:33.4	This past week, I stayed home mostly like organizing, working on work, and that was mostly
0:38.9	just a low-key week.
0:41.2	Oh, another thing is I started drinking bone broth every morning, which sounds really weird,
0:45.8	but people said it really improves your gut health, so I started drinking it and I am yet
0:51.1	to notice a difference.
0:52.4	Next to my current obsession. My current obsession is
0:56.0	Gisu hair oil. I love it so much. It makes my hair feel so silky and smooth for days.
1:03.6	Another current obsession I have right now is sitting in coffee shops doing homework. Lately,
1:09.2	I've been sitting at coffee shops with Ryan and it has been
1:12.4	so fun. I just love working together and just like, I don't know. I like having a scenery
1:17.2	in the background rather than just like sitting at my desk. My goal of the week is to perfect my own
1:23.8	match recipe at home because lately I have been getting matcha out way too much and I need
1:30.8	to start making my own and not spending too much money on matcha out because I am back on my
1:36.6	matcha addiction. Okay next is a quote from the five minute journal. Nothing new can come into your
1:43.0	life unless you are grateful for what you have.
1:45.2	I love that quote so much because I feel like it's so true.
1:48.8	Every morning, I always say what I'm grateful for.
1:51.8	Being grateful for what you have in your life already allows new and amazing opportunities
