It's kind of a lover's lane.

The officers will cruise through there, you know, once or twice a night, just to make sure

everybody knows that it's patrol.

For today's case, we spoke to retired detective Rafael Tobar.

I started my career at this planes police department on July 23rd, 1970.

And detective Tobar, his jurisdiction, was the city of Displains, which is a police department

located just north of O'Hare Airport.

The Displaced Police Department was a hundred and tab 150 man police department.
