Taking care of yourselves, taking care of those around you taking care

of everybody it's interesting everyone i'm talking to right now is talking a lot about this current

renewed or more evolved i guess consciousness about i guess so many different things it's an

interesting time culturally where we're we're sensitive in a way that

I think is very needed. Some people think it's a little overboard, but I think the sensitivities

kind of needed where we've made some really insensitive decisions in the past about terminology

that we were culturally, you know, kind of comfortable with. And then, excuse me, also a lack of

representation. And we talk, we mean that in. And then, excuse me, also lack of representation.

And we talk, we mean that in terms of race, gender expression,

you know, sexual, all of that.

And then also just monuments, the people that we've honored

and built statues for and team mascots and the name of bands.

I mean, when we really look at how much oppression or violence we've culturally allowed in terms of all these different forces and factors, it can feel like maybe we're being

a little hypersensitive, but what we're really trying to do is move the needle to the middle.
