Are you focusing on self-care, pleasure and joy, and rest?

Every single day, those three things, sometimes they can roll themselves all up into one.

Sometimes it's three separate things, but every single day you need to be making time for that.

And if you don't have time for that, then your life is absolutely out of balanced and you are not prioritizing the right things.

Because those three factors are what are going to give us the resilience and the foundation

fall under that. And it doesn't mean you have to leave your house or spend any money. In fact,

the really important parts of self-care should be things that don't require money. Also, joy and pleasure and finally rest.

So build it in, start planning it the night before, the morning of, check in midday, but midweek.
