Hello, happy Tuesday, everybody.

I'll be getting through the week.

Oh, man.

Never dull, never dull.

I'm just kind of tracking some of the polls around elections and can be a little

disheartening.

I'm holding space for the fact that we might be disappointed in the election, which is

mind-boggling that anyone is still voting for Trump at this point

after seeing his ongoing problematic behavior, ridiculousness, mental health issues,

stupidity, lack of awareness of global politics and reason and logic. But there we are.

That's where we're living in. So again, I want to remind everyone to vote, register to vote. Check to make sure you are. Reach out to those around you,

text them the link saying, hey, here's how you make sure you're registered or here is how you

register. And follow up. Make sure they register, do it with them, say, ah, let's do it together.

Literally takes a couple minutes, get those mail and ballots and get them right back in. It's kind of a responsibility on all of us to support those around us to make it easier for

them, maybe even get a group together and go to the polls together, pack a lunch, bring the right

kind of clothing. It's going to take a minute. Wait in that line. It's worth it. So, yeah,

we really got to rally together because if we're talking about mental health and social justice, Trump's reelection will not

be part of that. We've got to get Biden and Kamala Harris in there. Yeah, let's talk about some news,

though. Always lots going on. So there's a bunch of states that now require travelers to self-quarantine

or present a negative COVID test, right? So it's a little bit of an evolution.

And that's because the holidays are coming up, right?

Thanksgiving.
