Happy Tuesday, everybody. Hope your week is going well. As always, let me give you a little reminder

to focus your time on self-care, joy and pleasure, and rest. Those are the three pieces

that are going to give you a good foundation for your mental health. Also help you build some

resilience. And they should be the cornerstone of our lives, right? And every day, you should be

engaging in those things. Every day, it should be an active self of our lives, right? And every day you should be engaging in those things.

Every day it should be an act of self-care in some form, some form of joy and pleasure, right?

And also rest, build those things in.

So it's National Suicide Prevention Month.

So we're going to be talking about some facts and thoughts around suicide prevention.

we're going to be talking about those topics. Also, some stuff came out with the Oscars.

But first, we got to talk a little bit about Corona. My gosh, it's taken on a life of its own

in a lot of new ways. For instance, one of the big malls back near my old home has a coronavirus store.

Yep.

She sells all things corona related.

I actually get it.

You can buy interesting masks, t-shirts, all sorts of paraphernalia and things that are related to coronavirus.

Why?

Because we're still in a pandemic.

I know some people are looking around at the

pictures from past holiday weekends, et cetera, et cetera, going, wow, it really looks like it's over.

Some people think it's over. Did I miss something? Nope, you didn't. It's still going.
