Ah, much has come out of the past year or so, and part of that is people realizing that maybe some of the coping mechanisms or what they thought might have been self-care center.

So sobriety is going to mean something different for everyone.

Sobrity for some might mean total abstinence from drugs and alcohol.

Sobrity for others might be removing just alcohol because that might be the only substance they have a problem with. And others, it might be removing just drugs while continuing to drink

successfully. And for others, they might be staying off of illicit drugs and alcohol, but might still be
