Happy Thursday, everybody. Hope your week's kind of winding down in a beautiful way. Mine is.

It's been a busy week, a full week, but it's been nice. And I've been centering pleasure every day.

I say, what am I going to do today that's just rooted in pleasure and joy, small momentary things,

and also self-care. How today can I fold self-care into my day? And it helps. You can plan at the night before, plan at the morning of,

check in during the day, but I'm always asking myself about those things. A question of the night.

some news. COVID. Oh, Dr. Fauci. He said, this is a couple days ago, but I kind of went under

the radar. Dr. Fauci says Americans should consider wearing goggles for complete protection.

Oh my gosh.

I don't know what to do anymore.

You know what I mean?

Like seriously, I, now when we look back, okay, way back at people that were covering

themselves, I remember when COVID first started

striking and the advice was we don't need masks, we don't need gloves, just wash your hands.

And I saw people wearing masks and I thought it was ridiculous. I thought they were being

hypersensitive. And then they became the norm. Then I started seeing some people wearing gloves.

Then that became more of a norm and expected. Then I started

seeing people wearing facial things. And I was like, nah, and now here we go. Because again,

we have worry about the nose, the mouth, but we also have mucusa, mucosa in our eyes. Eyes can be

an entry point. I mean, there's so much to think about. Now, the CDC, Fauci, they're not, as they say, universally

recommending it at this point. I mean, hear all the qualifying words. We are not universally

recommending it at this point. So they're saying that means we could, but we aren't right now.
