Hi, I'm Dr. Jen Mann. I'll be filling in for Dr. Chris on Loveline all week. I'll be answering your questions and offering you advice.

You may know me from VH1 Couples Therapy with Dr. Jen, VH1 Family Therapy with Dr. Jen, or the Dr. Jen Show, which I've hosted on other radio stations.

I'm an author. I've written four different books, The Relationship Fix, Dr. Jen's Six-Step

Guide to Improving Communication, Connection, and Intimacy, Super Baby, 12 Ways to Give Your Child a Head Start

in the first three years. The A-to-Z Guide to Raising Happy, Confident Kids, and Rockin Babies,

which is a children's book, which I co-wrote with my mom, Cynthia Weil.

I also have a column in InStyle magazine called Hump Day with Dr. Jen, where I offer sex, love,

and relationship advice.

I'm a mother of twins, but most importantly, I'm a licensed psychotherapist, and I am here

a topic that is coming up so much right now in my private practice and in talking with my

friends, and that is conflicts that are occurring between couples all about COVID.

And it is incredibly difficult to make a lot of these decisions that seem like they shouldn't be that difficult.

Should we go to a barbecue at our friend's house?

Is it okay to have a friend visit?

Is it okay to visit a family member? Can we put the air conditioning on in the car?

Do we need to wear a mask? Is it okay to go out to eat? You know, Dr. James did a great segment on his

Instagram all about whether it's okay to go to a restaurant or not. How long do we need to wipe down

groceries?
