You know, one thing that we do know for sure is things are always changing. Sometimes a little bit

worse for them in the minute, but then some goodness shows up and um you know as always mental health is

not about always finding the positive it's about really being honest with where you're at but we're

not dramatizing or catastrophizing and so if you're having a rough moment or a rough day feel it be in it

but you have to be in reality, which is, I don't know

how tonight's going to be. Let me hold space or even try to create a better night or a better

week otherwise. Or just be open to seeing what's going to happen. So we're just holding things a

little loose, a little lighter. And as always, trying to make sure we're building in tons of

self-care. So if you haven't done that already, ask yourself how you can. I'm going to start this show by talking about how to ask out your

crush anywhere, everywhere. What? I know. I know. This is really important stuff because I want

you all to find love. And we have right now one of the highest rates of singledom, also people are

delaying marriage and kids and family

because they're focused on other things. A lot of us are like, yep, focused on staying alive.

Why? Because we're not making enough to pay our bills. We don't have universal health care.

All sorts of things are going on. So we're going to focus on how to step into the solution tonight. So many different ways to do this. First thing I want to remind

everyone is this is non-gendered. It doesn't matter if you're a man, a woman, non-binary, femme,

masculine. Everyone needs to take accountability and responsibility for what they're looking for. And if

you want love, you have to be willing to go after it. We are no longer living in those days where

a woman sat back or a femme sat back and waited for a male or someone masculine to ask them out.
