Finishing up the week.

Hope you are getting through it.

Focusing on tons of self-care.

As much joy and pleasure as you can possibly handle and as always a lot of rest.

And remember, you know, joy and pleasure and finding time away and distractions,

sometimes it's about those easy,

easily accessible small bursts of joy, right? Sitting and looking at something funny,

right, watching a YouTube video. I found myself sometimes just putting on my earphones and playing

or my headset essentially and playing music that always makes me smile. I've talked about

this in the past. I know what

artists and bands will, without a doubt, no matter what's going on, just kind of rip through my veins

and put a smile on my face and make me laugh or shift my mood. And it's not dishonoring what might be

going on, but giving my nervous system and my psyche a moment away and just the chance to maybe,

you know, kind of move into a new phase or state of being. And so I go play those spans and sometimes

I'll bake. I know. It's mind boggling because I used to hate cooking. You know, those small

moments are really important to us. So make sure you are working on those. And of course,
