I don't have weeks. Other people are saying my week is just beginning. We're all in different

schedules. I get it, I get it. But we're all here together now. Question of night. It's up on our

topics today that are things I'm a big fan of uh spiritual

bypassing it's a huge concept and there's a spin off in my field more psychological

or emotional bypassing and most of us do it I even catch myself doing it we're going to talk

about what that is it's a powerful term powerful powerful powerful powerful apparently I love

last night on a segment, talking about the myth of self-esteem. Key word is it's the self-parts that

that's the myth. We'll be breaking that on down. And then also talking about something called

Childism. Yep. Neologisms, new words. I love them.

New words, new concepts. Why? It's evolution. It's all about adding new things to the dictionary

and to our vocabulary. I'm here for it. I love stuff like this. Some people get frustrated.

But, you know, I'll tell you one thing I'm frustrated by is when I found out that there's a new

policy in terms of how many spaces between words after a period.

Like, why does that matter?

I think it was two now.

They made it one.

Whose job is that to make that decision?

And why does that matter?

You know, it's called trying to keep yourself busy.
