As always, how's the self-care? Pleasure, rest. What form of self-care have you done today?

health. It's not how productive you are. It's not getting that home workout in. It's not making

the world's best dinner. It's not necessarily maybe getting an A plus on that exam. It's mental

health is rooted in your relationship to your emotions, your relationship to

those around you, your relationship to your perspective on the world, right?

So it's self, it's other, it's world, it's your identity.

And all of that is circulated around.

And so interesting. It depends on where you go. And there's a lot of crap self-help out there. If I could remove, there's so many

bad self-help books. There's a lot of bad pop psychology. Unfortunately, my field is one of those

where it's not well regulated and there's a lot of offshoots of different identities. And here's the thing.

I'm a big fan of alternative methods of healing. I'm a big fan and support alternative forms

of knowledge making and education. So I don't believe that everyone has to go the traditional route

in order to be seen as an expert or having something worthwhile to contribute. However,

I do think that's important

that people are getting some form of education, that people have gotten some form of supervision,

that people are getting some form of clinical practice, and that people are also doing the

research. And then finally, that they're doing work on themselves. And a lot of the dating
