1:28.2 | from those stressors. So just because you're home from work, away from the triggers of the office |
1:34.5 | doesn't mean the stress is out of your body. It just means the stress triggers are away from you. |
1:39.6 | Just because the weekends here, again, your way from maybe the stress triggers and causes, |
1:44.3 | that doesn't mean the stress again is out of your body. |
