check in on people. That's how we let people know that we're safe to talk about mental health

with and also kind of normalize that discussion, which very very important again we have a lot of shame around questions

like that so ask yourself how's my mental health maybe make that a loving question to those that

you care about and feel close to ask them hey how's your mental health been today this week

it's a really good way to start to build more intimacy and closeness and again let people know that you're one of those individuals that can tolerate hearing that. That's how we

save ourselves. That's how we save other people. And more importantly, that's how we really,

government. And that's because they fired

a homophobic who told a colleague that gay people deserved death. Look, y'all, keep your

homophobia to yourself. Companies don't want it anymore. Neither do, you know, individuals.

I'm all about that. You know, if you are spreading hate and violence, companies, networks, all different sorts

of platforms have a right to say, yeah, not here.

Not anymore, man.

Go educate yourself, do better or keep your thoughts to yourself.
