Good evening, everybody. How you all doing? Got a great show plan for you. We're going to be talking about, you know, it's Pride Month. So we're going to focus on that a little bit for the show. We're going to talk about allyship, how to be a good ally. This is actually apropos for everyone. We all have work to do, whether in the community, outside the community, and everything we're going to talk about around. It kind of applies even outside of this topic. So we'll break it down, stick around. I had kind of committed to spending the opening of each show this week, just talking a little bit about quick tips around mental health and self-care, making sure we're all focusing
