or professional health. All of those things really fall under the rubric of psychological care.

What does that mean? It means awesome that you're all our hiking, awesome that some of you are

doing fitness classes and CrossFit and the gym and yoga and Pilates and gyrotonic and dance and bar

and orange theory and all these wild programs. But please, please, please, please, make sure you are

also lifting muscles for your brain because our mental health impacts our professional health,

our social health, our romantic health, and our individual personal health.
