relationship to different things in our life.

I wanted to just quickly spend a little bit of time talking about ways we can kind of help with

the climate emergency. Is this a mental health issue? Yeah, yeah, it is. Why? A thousand reasons,

because everything's interconnected. And I'm working with a multitude of clients that are talking

more and more about their own existential anxieties around what's happening to the planet.

But remember, you know, basic needs and basic resources is inherently tied to our mental health.

You know, we can't even begin to look at diagnoses if someone doesn't have their basic needs.
