And I'm going to open the show talking about loneliness.

I was looking at some stats.

And one of the most profound ones was one that cited during COVID, about 70% of people,

70% had said that at some point they were feeling lonely and experiencing extreme loneliness,

something that was not traditional or familiar to them.

And, you know, pandemic definitely shifted a lot of things.

For some people,

it still echoes. The introverted became more introverted. The lower, lower, those people on the lower end of the socialization scale really didn't have access to the momentum that might have

kept them out there and kind of retreated.

And for others, uh, anxiety just about being out in the social world, I was watching some

of these festivals and I was thinking, my God, bold.

I'm definitely not ready to attend anything that's, you know, indoors or outdoors that has

a large multitude of people.

I'm still one of those people that's like, I'm not trying to get COVID again.

And also just really learning more about my relationship to socialization. For me, it really

brought me closer to the idea that for me, again, and this is the case for some, not all,
