And then also talking about how to get the kind of eroticism that you want. But these kinds of things apply to everyone in multitude of contexts and in a lot of relationships. And that's what I love about these topics. Very applicable to a lot of different domains and areas of our life.

A couple of things in the news I wanted to kind of bring up, you know, mental health related.

A new campaign all about this.

And it's really seeking to normalize eroticism and pleasure later in life between

elder, elder individuals.

I think it's phenomenal.

We need more intimacy now more than ever.

Ageism runs rampant.

And we still have messaging implying that, you know, younger bodies are better,

younger bodies are more desirable, younger bodies are more energized. And we have, as I've always

said, this decline narrative around aging when in fact, that's just not true. Aging afford you,

well, number one, it's a gift. Not everyone actually is gifted the opportunity to get older,

right? Doesn't happen for everyone. Not everyone lives a long life.

So there's something really beautiful in that.

Also, as you get older, the hope is that you've moved towards more meaning and purpose in

your life, more authenticity.

And it's, you're having more of an honest life.
