Basically helps us connect and understand how early relational stuff, you know, family

of origin, really later determines partially how we feel within relationships.

Are we anxious? Are we avoidant? Do we feel great? Do we trust? Do we not trust?

Can it kind of walk us through identifying where we are within all of that and how it works against

us or works for us? Lots going on in terms of gender. So, you know, always brutal.

And I was looking at some articles talking about being non-binary.

And I wanted to just kind of run through, what does that even mean?

Now, some of our listeners identify as non-binary. Others are like, what? We don't all know this already. Well, I want to kind of run through what does that even mean now some of our listeners identifies non-binary others

are like what we don't all know this already well i i want to kind of help individuals learn so if

this is something that's familiar to you awesome but it might be new for some people so what is non-binary
