And I want to just talk about it from kind of a wider global lens. I think a lot of times we individualize it and we see it as a self-contained individualized

issue, which is what we historically have done with mental health.

But all mental health issues and struggles happen within the context

of place and time and history, social location, all of people's different intersecting

identities all come together to create mental health issues. What does it mean? Your genetics,

but it's not just one of those things. Just having, you know, there's no such thing as having

genetics that are going to directly cause
