Kind of stoked to break down this article. A lot of the topics I bring you are things, of course,

0:11.5

that are in pop culture. Topics are often, you know, things that you all will put in the DMs that

0:17.3

you're curious about, want to hear more about, along with your questions. That's the DMs on the Loveland IG page. Always happy to hear from you. And the things that I see people

1:29.4

everyone can't have the same expectations placed upon them. And I've said that in terms of

1:34.0

parents with a child, friends with, you know, another friend, a partner to their partner,

1:40.7

a boss to their employees, a teacher to their students.

1:44.4

Everyone is different needs based on their mental health and their physical health.

1:47.1

So we can't have universal rules.

1:49.1

We can't.
