Hamster wheel? You all feeling like you're on a hamster wheel. Not everyone is. That's the,

a little bit of the feeling I have these days. It's like, I said it's that round robin of a bed couch

table to do some work. But the world's opening up. I've been hitting some outdoor coffee shops,

keeping my distance from people. But that's been feeling great. I'll also been slowly at odd times when it's quiet, been venturing to the gym. Yes, with my mask, staying away from

individuals needing to just add a little more access to my day to make me feel like I'm

participating in the world.

So play it safe.

You know, you got to still be smart.

I wear my mask.

I stay away from individuals.

I don't go into small clients, you know, enclosed spaces around individuals.

It's got to be wide, open, distant, you know, not populated.

The minute I'm anywhere and it gets crowded, I bounce.

Taking all this very seriously, both because of my own health I have genetically inherited somewhat of a compromised immune

system thanks mom multiple family members of mine struggle with that and so we tend to pick up

anything and everything and so a longer story but the short of it is I have to be a little

more thoughtful than most speaking of it is I have to be a little more thoughtful than most.

Speaking of free COVID. I mean, sorry, free COVID. It actually is free. Free with your COVID shot.

The list is growing. So far we have, you can get free beer, free arcade tokens, and free Krispy Kreme Donuts. Now I'm sure the list is growing. Love this. It's an

incentive. It's more cute than not. I'm not sure that someone's like, well, I wasn't going to get the Vax,
