everyone had a restful weekend, I should say, and we're going to be starting the week off

right. When we know the week's coming ahead, I think it's really smart to kind of slow down

and this is a process I'm bringing myself through and a level of consciousness.

spoons and it's this concept of units of energy and we only have so much based on our abilities or

disabilities, our neurodiversity, other stress factors or levels of oppression, depending on our

identity politics, how it all swirls together is basically where our needs lie. And everyone's

needs are different. That's something I want to try to repeat on every single show.

And they were just talking about how, you know, in things like school and work, you know, same

We have to expect the same. And I was saying that's not actually mentally healthy. And that's not centering mental health. To center mental health is to acknowledge

everyone has a different need. Some people, I'll use the school example. It was the clearest.

Some people go to school in the morning. And some people come from a very supportive loving

household where all their needs are met. Awesome.
