We're going to be talking about tons of stuff. Going to be talking first about how you know it's okay or it's

time or reasonable to move in together. Bum bum bum, bum, I know. But before we get into that,

I wanted to just honor something amazing that happened. Essence magazine, they put on their cover,

the first gay couple

that is nisi nash and her partner um horrible horrible horrible with names but i'm um very familiar with

her and her work she's awesome and a beautiful example of love gay love black queer love

love seeing it it's normal normalizing. It's beautiful.

It's the world we live in. So congrats to them. What a beautiful couple. And I'm happy to see it on

the newsstands. Caught it at the supermarket when I walked by and put the biggest,

warmest smile on my face. It's a tough time, y'all. It never ends.

I haven't been really talking much about what's going on in the news, not because of lack of care or concern, but because just trying to take some space away from it.

Truly, we want to be evolved, we want to be aware, but we also need to sometimes take time and space away.

So that's why I've been severely backing off of talking about what's going on in the news.

So just wanted to kind of acknowledge that.

Long time that there's a time when I spoke more about it.

But then I realized, you know, this is the mental health show.

And that's what we're really talking about.

Not that what's going on the news does not affect our mental health.

Oh, we did many, many segments as to how to take care of ourselves. And, um, you know,

you need to first limit your exposure. That's part of this. I, you know, when news first broke

about what's going on, the Russian, you know, Russians invasizing, excuse me, invading Ukraine,
