We're going to be talking about how to deal with a narcissist. But more meaningfully, it's how to deal

with people that are difficult. We've all got difficult people in our lives. Maybe we don't have

anyone difficult in our lives at the present time, which would be awesome, well done, whoever has been able to

maintain just consistently ongoing, healthy, functional relationships. But for those that are

dealing with someone difficult, maybe it's a colleague, a friend, a coworker, or someone you

were in a relationship with for some period of time, we're going to talk about how to really deal

with the after effects of someone being frustrated, disappointed, let down,

and they just don't manage it well. And so they just attack back. So basically it's how to deal

with those narcissistic people in our lives that act out on us. Yeah, there's a lot of work
