Right, right? Focusing on self-care. Yeah, it's not self-centered. It's self-centered.

0:12.2

Our health matters, physical, but more importantly, mental health. We're looking out for ourselves.

0:16.9

We're setting boundaries. We're saying no to things. Letting things go. Drop in the bar. We're doing 60%. That night's show. More importantly, though, we're talking about non-sleep rest throughout the day. Sit on that park bench, go for a walk, lay down a nap, daydream, zone out for a few hours watching that movie, read that book, sit in the bathtub.

1:25.6

Because I keep hearing people think, once we're vaccinated out, we can hit the parties, hit the bars, we're ready to go and Kiki. No. No. Here's why. Let's talk

1:33.9

about it. Because the masks, I'm sorry, the vaccines are not a cure all. Number one, no vaccine is

1:38.7

100% effective. None of them claim to be. Right now, the two options we have, Pfizer and Moderna, we have about a 94% and a 96% effectiveness rate. People are saying it's pretty high and it is. 2:03.9

2:08.4

would still become infected even after having both doses of the vaccine. One in 20 is a lot.

2:16.1

Okay. And we also have to worry about it's about a thousand factors,

2:20.3
