Hope your weekend was full of lots of self-care, tons of joy and pleasure wherever you could find it.

Couldn't be talking about how we're trying to get our needs met and work and working,

and all that screen time, literally going from our multiple offices, our literal office in front

of a computer to our secondary office, the couch, to watch another screen, the television,

and then how we fill in all those gaps with yet our third screen, the phone.

So it's the phone, the TV, and our laptops

as we're working, going to school. It's doing a number on our eyes. So we're going to talk about

how to take care of our eyes, something that we need to think about. And I learned a lot doing

the research for that segment. Things I've started implementing. And it, uh, significant differences.

So we're going to talk about that. We're going to talk about signs you might be falling out of love.

Not always a bad thing.

Sometimes it's good to recognize when a relationship is just not romantically there

for you anymore.

And you can then slide on into friendship by working your way out like your work to way

in.

We talk about all that.
