DMs always open, but we're going to start the show by talking about a topic that I think a lot of people can relate to.

And even if you can't, it becomes something that I think we all have something valuable to learn.

We're going to talk about how to not be a people

pleaser. So as with all, mental health struggles, issues, labels, diagnoses, disorders,

they all exist on a continuum. And I think that's the beautiful normalizer of mental health

struggles. And for those that are, you know, working on being a mental health advocate,

which I think we all need to because, again,

all of the different mental health disorders, struggles, diagnoses are things that we

will all encounter at some point in our lives.

Literally all of them.

Maybe to not a severe degree that has us meeting clinical criteria for an actual diagnosis.

Um, but, uh, continuum.

So again, someone might say, oh, that person's a narcissist.

And I say we all are.

It's just to what extent at what times and in what relationships.

Oh, that person's borderline.

We all exhibit borderline traits because these aren't real things.

Mental health diagnoses are metaphors.

They're just these syndromes or clusters.

If you meet these chosen and designated behaviors so as to have research and information

and treatment options, but we need to hold them lightly.
